Boundary-Pushing and Thought-Provoking

I listened to Monday’s episode with Peter Sursi and he had some great insight into ‘risking getting someone amazing’ by hiring from a nontraditional background. I was especially intrigued in the episode given his work in the FBI and Ben asked just the right questions for him to respond with interesting details from years of professional experience - a true testament to his hosting. As a small business owner myself, it was refreshing to hear a boundary-pushing perspective from a guest as opposed to the repetitive old-school thought of wanting to do things how it’s always been done.
