Strategic Conversations is about having specific conversations with specific students in your ministry. Often, students get overlooked by leadership. The students that are the most vocal & outgoing tend to get the most face time with leaders. Quieter students that are more introverted (or maybe just new) will get less face time with leaders. This can cause a greater separation in the relationship between you and your students.
