Peter Orta is a pediatrician in Los Angeles with a passion for creating a world where all kids know that they belong. Peter grew up in Florida and completed his undergrad studies at the University of Florida before moving to California for medical school at Loma Linda University. He completed his masters in public health at the Harvard School of Public Health. When not in the hospital, you can find him enjoying LA’s thriving food, coffee and music scenes. Thank you for continuing to be patient with me as I get better at interviewing and hosting a podcast. I still think that there are times that I talk too much and other times where I don't. I'm working on a couple different strategies to make sure that we keep moving through topics and not get carried away ranting about one thing. Hector has a beautiful soul, he is extremely knowledgeable. Has great connections to/with people and is willing to share it with most! I love listening and relating or even adding ‘tools’ to my toolbox (my brain/life). Definitely would recommend to any life seekers out there... especially aspiring Chefs, Cluninarian(s) etc.
