When Can I Afford to Hire? Keep What You Earn

There are few tell-tale signs that it's time to hire (besides burnout). We can't wait to hire until we're so burnt out that we can't continue on. So how can you know when you can afford to hire? The key lies in your cash flow. You need to be aware of your cash flow forecast and how hiring will affect it. Consider the cost, but also how much time and money you can make with your freed-up time. Following these guidelines, I've been able to hire and build my business into what it is today!
