When my intuition guided me to Costa Rica and how to use yours as a compass The Wellbeing Wanderer Podcast

    • Alternative Health

In todays solo episode of The Wellbeing Wanderer Podcast Kat talks about how through listening to her intuition she booked a flight to Costa Rica. It has been the only place she has ever felt truly settled and like her soul has returned home. Kat explains how you can develop a stronger relationship to your intuition and use it as an internal compass to guide you.

Key points covered in this episode:

• Kat shares why she loves Nosara so much and that it has everything she dreams of in a place, the community of like minded individuals being the biggest draw. Kat describes Nosara as "her soul home" and that it feels like somewhere she has lived before.

• The story of what happened that inspired Kat to go to Costa Rica in the first place and how with every fibre of her being she had this all knowing feeling that she must go, it was strong intuitive guidance and how even in the height of the pandemic she just knew she would go.

• How she divinely found Nosara, through a suggestion made by the volunteering organisation to work in the village next to Nosara, Ostional for the Olive Ridley Sea Turtle Conservation Project.

• Despite being a keen tropical traveller of many destinations, upon landing in Nosara, she had this overwhelming feeling of connection that she'd never felt before, it was like her soul had returned home.

• How tapping in and connecting to yourself will help you develop a strong relationship with your intuition and how you can do this including the importance of clearing away your internal cobwebs through inner mindset work, self care and self love.
