We also discuss "icks" and what these are and can mean about the way we treat people, positively and negatively.

In this episode we kōrero with 2 ReachOut Kaimahi, Tonia and Nick about the mahi they do supporting adults in the community who are using or at risk of using harmful behaviours in their relationships. Because people of all ages can use harmful behaviours - if you ever feel overwhelmed or on edge, maybe you're confused about how some things have gone down in your relationships or you just want some help/support to make some changes, then knowing there is support available is the first step.
