In this episode we kōrero with Sam and Alex, our 2 amazing guest rangatahi, all about what red flags are to them, how they can recognise and respond to red flags and the things that tell us how we know the person we are connecting with is safe. We also discuss "icks" and what these are and can mean about the way we treat people, positively and negatively.

Because people of all ages can use harmful behaviours - if you ever feel overwhelmed or on edge, maybe you're confused about how some things have gone down in your relationships or you just want some help/support to make some changes, then knowing there is support available is the first step.

Where you at? - Taima Kōrero - Pornography and Youth
Join Lara and myself in this episode where we kick of 2024 with a challenging but super important kōrero. We get to talk to Brett Harvey as he shares his own experience and history around pornography, and how this has led to the creation of Taima Kōrero. Brett is passionate about his work to educate and support others in our community to address some of the big concerns around pornography and the impact it can have on our rangatahi and their relationships.
