Episode 25 - "Kiss Lyrics Are Objectively Bad" #kiss #music #lyrics
I've said it before, and I'll say it again, Kiss lyrics are objectively bad.
On this episode of Who Approved These Lyrics, we go over the lyrics from Kiss' most recent album "Nostalgia-Based Cash Grab/We Ran Out Of Ideas In The Late 80's," err, I mean: "Monster" (2012 Universal Records).
I consider it a victory that I didn't kill myself halfway into reviewing the lyrics of this album. THESE LYRICS MAKE NO SENSE!! Ahhh!

Episode 23 - #Spotify thinks I'm #hipster trash and they're absolutely right. #music
Spotify made me a custom playlist and it's filled with hipster trash and they f****n' nailed my taste 100%. In this episode, I review the lyrics of this hipster trash and turn the spotlight back on myself for liking this garbage.

Episode 22 - #Disney songs about promiscuity, class warfare, and what it would be like to literally talk to God IRL. NOT FOR KIDS.
Although this episode is about Disney songs, it is NOT FOR KIDS. It's an adult discussion of the lyrics in a bunch of Disney songs. On the episode there's a lot of cursing and drinking. Don't listen to this with your kids. Alright, I warned ya.

Love the concept
My friends and I do this, too! We'll read the lyrics in a normal voice and try to decipher what the heck they could mean. Solid show that can help you through a work day or a road trip!
Learn about your favorite songs
Two guys who know nothing about music think they’re smarter than the experts and discuss the unusual, and downright silly, lyrics that make up our favorite and timeless songs everyone loves, but no one actually listens to. Definitely worth listening to for a good laugh and some insight into pop culture

Much like the 1996 Knicks, this podcast is full of highs and lows, eventually ending in disappointment... However, it builds character. 10/10
