    Why You Matter...To Me

    Why You Matter...To Me

This podcast is about you, your thoughts, your experience – you share what you want. I have had the pleasure of working with many individuals and groups in my career, the one thing that I learned is that no one perspective is the same – every thought and experience is unique and yet, many feel validated when they hear about someone working and thriving through similar challenges with new approaches. To me, we need your voice, your inner reflections to help surface challenges that many are facing today, for the most part alone. The world needs you to speak, if only to remind them that we are all in this together.

    Why HOPE ?

    Why HOPE ?

    Hold on.

    I’m almost there.
    Yes, it’s painful,
    but it’ll be deadly
    if I don’t regain control.

    My world is spinning.
    Nothing makes sense.
Up and down are meaningless now.
I don’t know where or what I am.
I can heal, surrender, fight, and even kill.
    I’m terrified…

My life has just turned upside down and I don’t know how to make it right again - everything seems to be collapsing around me now.

I feel so alone to deal with this.
No one - not even my loves could understand.

Twenty-seven years ago, to this day; that was me, that was my state of mind.

Then came H.O.P.E., spawned from my childhood, passed onto me by my parents and their family before them. H.O.P.E. was all I had to survive, to get up, and make something of myself.

This episode explores the H.O.P.E. system that was first introduced in print on July 1st, 2022. This is the first in a series of Why You Matter podcasts focused on how the H.O.P.E. system can be used to transform difficult moments into inspiring growth and strength.

Come join me as we re-discover H.O.P.E. together….

    Dealing with Global Uncertainty

    Dealing with Global Uncertainty

    It’s become the norm today.

Global trepidation has led to anxiety, fear and even anger.

We can’t take any reality for certain now. Today, our lives are directly or indirectly caught up in environmental, political, health and economical turmoil. We can’t escape the chaos that surrounds us, and yet we can control how we cope with it - and even turn it into directed actions that help us secure some semblance of security.

Yes, it’s true, even you can deal with global uncertainty in a way that can enrich your life while laying the foundations to secure your future and that of your family.

Welcome to another application of the H.O.P.E. system, originally released in print on July 1st, 2022. Applying this simple 4-step system can dramatically alter the way you cope with the global anxiety around you.

Come join me as we explore how we can take control of Global Uncertainty together…

    Everyone Needs To Speak

    Everyone Needs To Speak

I can only ask you to be you, if I’m prepared to be me.

I cannot want you to be, if I don’t let you in.
Into my thoughts, into my fears, into my inner being.

This is my way of becoming the change I want to see.
This is my way of sharing all of me with all of you.

My Body Is Not Me - Part 1

The purpose of this series of PodCasts on “My Body and Me” is to open the door to the possibility that our bodies may not always be a reflection of who we truly are and we may need to rethink how our bodies impact our lives so that they assist, rather than hinder, our journey in becoming who we really are.
