The long answer? Still everything.
This week's Force of Habit episode, I'm getting into the nitty gritty of why your mornings are often the pre-marker to whether or not you hit your goals. Because in my space, I've seen them make or break progress 1,000 times over. And yet, it's often on of the most undervalued parts of weight loss journeys.
That was understandable to me… Until I was a victim of my own lack of routine.
