Weekly indie music finds!!
Fun relaxed group to introduce you to underground music!
Indie discovery
I have not been huge into the Indie scene but this podcast has introduced me to some real cool music.
The guys are geeks and make no excuses for it. Part of the charm. You’re just listening to friends talk about music they like and you might not have heard yet but should.
My friends don't listen to indie rock :(
But these friends do. Friends connected across several continents and states, thus reflecting the heart of the world better than any charts. I'm quite partial to Barrett's voice, in particular. Often close to tears whenever the theme-song plays, a collaboration between Will, and his son I think, Grant. It really takes a lot for me to listen to new music, to really give it a chance, and they really fight for what they like, and are entirely honest, which makes it a soothing listen for me. The format of each person choosing their favorite song from the album works quite well.
