    • Society & Culture

In this episode of season 3, we interview 2x CrossFit Games competitor and a life-long committed athlete Andrea Montalvo. Andrea excelled in many sports and spent the last 10+ years as a fitness trainer and seminar instructor. She resides in Astoria Queens as a Certified Personal Trainer and an entrepreneur who started her own movement workshops called AgerBomb Seminars and has taught 120 events all over the world. This past July, Andrea launched Embrace MVMNT, an Instagram-based business providing daily workouts, tutorial videos and faith encouragement to help women grow together both physically and spiritually.
How do we take control of our health and wellness? What do we do when depression and other mental health struggles impact our motivation? What does it take to create a fitness routine we actually enjoy? How does simple movement impact our overall wellness? How can cultivating the mentality of a competitive athlete help us overcome obstacles? These questions and more will be explored in this latest episode.
