You might feel more grounded. Your brain might even surprise you with an "aha!" moment--a solution to a problem you've been wrestling with for weeks.
WRITE: What’s one simple adjustment you can do that will make your journey to achieving your wish a little easier? Get eight hours of sleep? Take a long walk to clear your head? Book a massage? Devote some time to journaling? Decide on one thing, write it down, and take action to make it happen.
