    WITNESS: A smile is a spark of joy. The more you see, the more you get. Notice as many smiles today as you can. Hint: You can make someone smile simply by smiling at them.
    WRITE: Name three things today that made you smile and write them down. How did it make you feel? How could that energy help you achieve your wish?

    WITNESS: Music can be a messenger. Today, turn on the radio, pop on a streaming station, or hit your playlist and randomly see what song is playing. Is there meaning for you? Does it stir your soul? When I was growing up, the highest form of flattery (and flirtation) was receiving a mix tape from a special someone. WHY were those songs chosen? What was the special hidden meaning? Hmmmmm…
    WRITE: Tonight, write a list of your special songs that inspire you to take action toward your wish. What music lifts your soul / helps you get your groove on / makes you feel unstoppable? Make a list and then go ahead and create your very own playlist of tunes. Listen often.

    Wishwork Day 3: The purity of gazing.

    WITNESS: Children stare. Animals stare. Their gazes are genuine, without judgement and as long as they need to be. Today, see if you can watch this act in motion. Just witness it and see how it makes you feel.
    WRITE: Tonight, before you go to bed, take a moment and gently gaze at yourself in the mirror. No judgment. Just compassion and love. Write down what this experience feels like for you. What inner knowledge can you tap into and use to help you move closer to your wish?

    Wishwork Day 4: Book it.

    WITNESS: What’s in your calendar today that you will accomplish? How will it make you feel once it’s finished?
    WRITE: Open your calendar for six months from now and pencil in something related to your wish. Maybe it’s “Leave for road trip” or “Meeting with book agent” or “Ask my boss / client for a raise.” Really, actually write it into your calendar. Show yourself that you’re serious.

    WITNESS: Listening is a gift. Can you find a moment today to really stop and listen to someone? Give them your undivided attention for at least 5 minutes. See their eyes. Hear their voice. Quiet your thoughts. What difference do you experience as a result?
    WRITE: What discoveries did you make about yourself as a listener today? Where did you find inner resistance? When was it easy for you? How do you think this skill will help you manifest your wish? Write it down.

    Wishwork Day 6: Being, not doing.

    WITNESS: Could you take some time today to stop doing-doing-doing and just... be? Take a hot shower, take a two-minute meditation break, or take a moment to sit outside and do absolutely nothing at all. Just be. Notice what happens. You might feel calmer. You might feel more grounded. Your brain might even surprise you with an "aha!" moment--a solution to a problem you've been wrestling with for weeks.
    WRITE: What’s one simple adjustment you can do that will make your journey to achieving your wish a little easier? Get eight hours of sleep? Take a long walk to clear your head? Book a massage? Devote some time to journaling? Decide on one thing, write it down, and take action to make it happen.
