With Sarah Cohan: The Attachment Style Theory The Raw Self Podcast
-
- Self-Improvement
The Attachment Style Theory, established by psychologists and psychoanalysts John Bowlby and Mary Ainsworth, is a framework to understanding our emotional bond and connection we've build with our caregivers in our early stages of infancy and young childhood. This framework can guide us to understanding why, how and who we are in the relationships we build throughout our lifetime including our romantic ones.
In this weeks episode Im joined by personal growth advocate, the host of her own podcast show 'Lit AF' Podcast and Attachment Style coach Sarah Cohan. In this conversation Sarah walks us through her own personal journey - how she quit smoking, how she learned about The Attachment Style Theory and the incredible influence this framework has made in her life to better understand everything from her childhood to self-discovery to now coaching others on this framework "to live the securely lit life that is your birthright" - Sarah Cohan. I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did!
