Helen talks to Stephanie McManus
Helen interviews Stephanie McManus, a nurse from New Zealand and naked healing practitioner. After a nude photoshoot, which Steph did in an effort to confront her own body image in the wake of an eating disorder, she discovered what it meant to her to be without clothes. It transformed her life and she describes nudity as her medicine, and she now wants to bring her revelations to as many people as she can. Careful with the language she uses, Steph says nudity can be a 'healing tool', and avoids refering to any label that she feels could alienate the very people that it will help the most.

Helen talks to Sue May
Helen interviews Sue May, a passionate naturism advocate and BN volunteer from Hampshire. Sue was a single naturist woman for some time, and met her current partner, Andrew, through mutual naturist friends. Indeed it wasn't until their first offical date that they saw each other dressed for the first time. Sue is a keen swimmer and has represented the UK as part of the team at the international naked swimming gala, where the team came third in 2023.

Helen talks to Martha Vickery
Helen interviews Martha Vickery, a 27 year old dreadmaker from Somerset, UK. Martha joined British Naturism when she was 19 on her way home from a naturist waterpark experience which truely turned her life around. Having fought with her weight and body dysmorphic attitudes throughout her teens, a joke about a naked waterpark visit turned into a reality that she faced head-on, and she has never looked back. She is now a public leading light for younger women in naturism, having taken a central role in the Channel 4 series Naked Education.

Women In Focus Podcast
Bravo! I am so pleased to see this podcast happen and I’ll do all I can to help promote it. It’s long overdue. All of my naturist life — about 45 years now — I have said that if the naturist/nudist movements ever expects to have family naturism accepted by Western Society, just allow women to be its spokespersons. I refer to it as women gives it the “Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval.” (Now I’m really showing my age.)
Thank you! - Shirley Mason (aka) “Mother of Haulover Beach”
