WOG: Welcomes Savannah Vilaubi, winner of the 2024 Otter Creek Championship

Starting her rookie year on the Epson Tour in 2022, Kaleigh secured a second-place finish this season at the Cooper Rock Championship.

Madison, who hails from Canton, Georgia, played collegiate golf at Kennesaw State University. Like many other professional golfers, she has dreamed of someday being number one in the world. In her free time, Madison enjoys interior design and has even designed both her own and her parents’ houses. Fun fact: her friends and family think she could be a chef.

She loves the opportunity to travel and meet new people through professional golf, and enjoys spending time with friends and family and going camping in her RV. If she wasn't a professional golfer, Lindsey says she'd like to be a college golf coach. Lindsey previously appeared on our show on April 4th, 2023.

Good show but can be better
I am an avid golfer and have been looking for golf content that focused on female golfers. The hosts are good and the women they interview are exceptional. But sometimes I got the sense the hosts didn’t prepare for the show (even winged it) and didn’t have prepared questions. The conversations with these phenomenal golfers would sometimes take a weird, minute turn, like the time 15-20 minutes was spent on what a golfer ate and how she worked out. Once there was construction going on where one of the hosts lived, or maybe it was a fire alarm. Whatever it was, it was distracting. It is like the hosts sign on for the hour and that is it. A “live”’podcast.
I would love to hear more about how these golfers came to be so good, how they were inspired and what keeps them motivated.
