In the Spring of 2022, music NFT platform RCRDSHP created a 4-week mentorship program to support women starting their careers in dance music. RCRDSHP’s “Women of Web3” Twitter Spaces started as a series is leading up to the mentees’ Rare Track Drop Week beginning August 15th.
