    Love Harder, But Smarter

Coming to college involves managing an ever-changing schedule, making and breaking new relationships, and slowly figuring out what you really value in life--yikes! In this episode, Kaylen and Lucy speak with special guest Sofia about how they've all changed from high school to college, and what they've learned about themselves, how they love, and how they want to be loved.

She's a published writer in the Daily Beast and WIRED, where she speaks to her experience as a first-generation low-income (FGLI) student at Brown. Among her many interests, she serves as CCB '25 Community Outreach Officer and is currently running for '25 Class President (don't forget to vote!!).
