Yonah Girl ,

Great podcast!

The “perspectives “ that shared in these podcasts is one that has been missing from the world of yoga in the west for at least the past 30 years if not much longer! Thank you for bringing these topics and discussions forward. If “celebrity” and “cult” yoga culture is not where you’re at great material is difficult to find, but you will find it here. There is nothing superficial to be found here. Great discussions, practical knowledge and heartfelt “perspectives” shine throughout these podcasts. Finally!
