Episode 23: In this Fertility episode, I am joined by the co-founders of Fertility Rally, Ali Prato and Blair Nelson, two fabulous IVF warriors who are paving the way for a new approach to talking about the often taboo topic of infertility. Ali is a Brooklyn-based journalist and mom-of-two. In the process of trying to conceive her second child, Ali had 4 miscarriages, and developed infertility depression and marriage problems. Many years later, Ali conceived her son via IVF and subsequently the podcast InfertileAF stories as a way to let other women and men know they aren’t alone in the process. Blair Nelson is the founder of Fab Fertility, the brand, blog & podcast. Blair and her husband turned to IVF in May 2018 and is currently chronicling her fifth IVF cycle in real time and in total transparency. Together, Ali and Blair launched Fertility Rally, a groundbreaking community and content hub for women navigating the painful and often confusing waters of infertility and in the episode we hear all about the benefits of joining this supportive group.
