Episode 108
You Can Overcome Anxiety with Dennis Simsek

In this episode, I'm talking with Dennis Simsek, The Anxiety Guy, about living a life free from anxiety, and chronic anxiety.  Dennis shares his story of suffering from chronic anxiety in his late twenties to early thirties, and how he has overcome.
He lost great relationships with people due to his increasing anxiety levels during social interactions, and his fears of being judged wrongly by people.
If you are someone who has struggled with anxiety for years or it's new to you during perimenopause (and beyond), this episode will help you know you are not alone, and there are things you can do to turn it around.

Introducing Dennis Simsek:
