In a culture where we too often tear each other down in a spirit of competition, Hope is a perpetual "hype woman." It's been so great to hear from her guests who each have their own unique twist on inspiration and come from so many different backgrounds. I even knew some of the guests in real life but never heard their stories of growth and what motivated them to excellence. This is also critical in a culture where everything is instant and we always crave a "quick fix." Pulling back the curtain on others' success often reveals a trail of failures and/or hardships with which we can identify, and this has been a powerful reminder for me that greatness is not achieved in a vacuum, and almost never overnight. Thanks to Hope for all these great stories that reveal how we can grow and learn from one another's achievements and celebrate them together!
