Rescued … thinking of 3 who were captured
Hello Fr John,
For many years now I pray every day for Michelle Knight, Gina DeJesus and Amanda Berry and her daughter. They were captured and tortured just as you describe in your book. I always remember a part in Amanda’s story where there was a picture of Jesus in the room she was sickeningly tortured and she kept his image as a comfort. I pray everyday that Michelle and Gina can have the same connection with Jesus after the horror they all went through. Sometimes it just brings me such sadness that something like they went through could happen. Your book has helped me come to terms with the why… I will still continue to pray for them and maybe if you read this you could add them to your prayers as well..
God bless you father

Tip of The Spirit
Father John and Mary are the dynamic duo. Their podcast offers hope, joy, and courage. They are not afraid. They do not disparage anyone (other than the evil one itself). They are not discouraged. They were born for this.
