Coach you have made some excellent points. I been in coaching for 50 plus years and this has become a major problem. I maintain that kids have not changes as much as the adults in their world have changed over the years. The adults also includes the coaches who often force specialization when cross training might be the real answer.
I have been playing and coaching baseball for over 35 years and I learn something new and get great ideas with every single episode. You are providing great content!
