Stop Living Alone
We as women can be very private with our lives. We tend to keep things to ourselves even if we need help with it. Most say it’s pride and while that is true, what caused it? Believe it or not, fear is what causes Pride the most. Fear to be vulnerable. Fear to show imperfections. Fear to fail and fear to let others feel they have enough information to ruin our reputation.

Do not Be Decieved

Care for others like your Favorite Non-Stick Pan
In this episode I do my best to explain how a simple day of washing dishes taught me to pay attention how I treat people. Much like non-stick pans, our abrasive ways of communication can rub people the wrong way and damage them or make what was already damaged worse. It then becomes harder for them to function like they were created to.

It’s ok to be UNavailable
It is ok to miss that call, girl! It’s ok that you were unavailable to respond to that message immediately. We have to stop allowing others to make us feel like we are being selfish when we are simply just unavailable. Periodt👏🏾
