    The virus has taken away many things that we were doing or could do enhancing depressing pressures on people, depression is now a rising menace and we all need to deal with it increasingly in times ahead.  So what can one look to do when depression sets in ? - Change the attitude to what you have. It doesn't matter what you have, what matters is how much appreciation you have for what you have.  Depression is inversely proportional to appreciation, if you feel depressed check how many appreciating words you have been using.
