What's up, Soul Tribe?

It's been about month since I've posted, ya girl was on vacation and then came down with a flu that took me out for about 2 weeks and counting.

I wanted to post an episode just talking about some of the things that have been on my mind and that spirit told me some of you needed to hear.

With that said, I share this episode with lots of love and will be having a few Special Guests coming soon.

This weeks medicine is a song by Fawn Wood called "Remember Me" in honor of all those who have passed, and in honor and memory of all of our stolen brothers and sisters. May the souls of all those gone too soon find peace.
