Keeping focused and grounded is one of the most important characteristics as a startup co-founder. I think that it is easy to forget that building and scaling a startup is a long game, that it is not supposed to be easy, and that you should not relish in any 15 seconds of fame that is given to you. It is so important to keep reminding yourself why you started your startup: for the problem, for the solution, for the product. These are what will bring you long term satisfaction and success. Don't let the noise get in the way. Don't let the shiny things blind you. When you feel overwhelmed. Stop. And take a step back.
