    Shontay Lundy is the CEO, Creator, and Founder of Black Girl Sunscreen (BGS). In 2016, when Shontay became tired of using sunscreen that left a white residue, she decided to leverage her MBA and knack for business to develop a melanin friendly option for women who look like her. The groundbreaking product has not only provided women with darker skin tones a healthy option to protect their skin, but the brand has cultivated a strong reputation for empowering black women.
    While working to build awareness for BGS, Shontay has continued to fuel her passion by traveling the world educating women of color on the importance of wearing sunscreen. She has emerged as a thought leader in the beauty industry and her success has been chronicled by Forbes, Business Insider, Teen Vogue, InStyle and countless other national publications. 
    In January 2021, BGS launched in several ULTA locations across the country as well as in 200 Target stores nationwide.

    Ms. Galli joined RBC Wealth Management in 2009 and has 32 years of portfolio management experience. She works with corporations, high net worth individuals, and foundations. She cam e to RBC after working for ten years at Credit Suisse, where she was consistently a member of the Chairman's Club, she joined RBC Wealth Management. Prior to that she was with Chase and MD Sass Partners (CMDSP) as a Portfolio Manager. Before CMDSP she was at Deutsche Bank for several years managing portfolios for corporations and high net worth individuals. She was the Head Trader at Meredith, Martin & Kaye which concentrated solely on Custom Portfolio Management. Ms. Galli worked with the principals of that firm as a Relationship Manager at Morgan Stanley from 1989 through the time the new firm was established in 1992. 

    Marina obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from the State University of New York, at Oneonta. She is a Financial Advisor and member of the DC Society of Security Analysts and has passed the Series 7, 63, 65 and Life Insurance exams and has the NMLS License through City National Bank. She obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1997. Ms. Galli was named to Barron's Top 100 Women Financial Advisors in 2010 and 2011 and in 2011, completed the Accredited Wealth Management Program (AWM).

    Chanda Gibson spent 15 years at Goldman Sachs building their global operational Environmental, Social, and Governance practice.  During that time she spent six years managing their Employee Resource Group for Black professionals, which ignited her passion for this work and led her to the nonprofit sector where she served as the Executive Director for the Council of Urban Professionals, an organization supporting the advancement of professionals of color in corporate America. During her tenure, Chanda developed custom DEI programming that engaged a range of corporate partners that included NBC Universal, JP Morgan Chase, Sony Pictures, and Netflix. Chanda also had a brief tenure as the Chief Advancement Officer at DREAM, where her mandate was to develop a more diverse external support network that better reflected the black and brown young people the organization served. Chanda recently took the exciting leap of realizing her life’s purpose and setting out to build 3:08 Collective.  Chanda is a graduate of Stanford University and USC Gould School of Law.  She lives in New Jersey with her two sons.

    Melissa L. Bradley is the founder and Managing Partner of 1863 Ventures, a business development program that accelerates New Majority entrepreneurs from high potential to high growth.  She is a co-founder of venture backed Ureeka, a community where small businesses gain unprecedented access to the expertise needed to grow their business. Melissa is also a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Sidecar Social Finance, a social impact agency that provides impact investing advisory and capital services to individuals, institutions, and social enterprises.
    Melissa serves as an advisor to the New Voices Foundation and New Voices Fund, as well as the Halcyon Fund. Melissa is the former Co-Chair, National Advisory Council for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and was named one of The Most Entrepreneurial Women Investors in 2018. She currently serves as board chair for My Way to Credit. She is a Founding Advisor to the Dell Center for Entrepreneurs as well as a Senator with the Board of Governors at Georgetown University.
    Melissa is a professor at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University where she teaches impact investing, social entrepreneurship, P2P economies and innovation. She received The Ideas Worth Teaching Award which celebrates exceptional courses that are preparing future business leaders to tackle society’s largest challenges and create a more inclusive, just, and sustainable version of capitalism

White is the Chief Communications Officer of Hyundai Motor North America and is responsible for leading all regional communications and public relations strategy for Hyundai Motor North America, Hyundai Motor America, Genesis Motor America and Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama as well as the office of Corporate Social Responsibility, Diversity and General Affairs in coordination with other affiliates including Hyundai Capital, Glovis and the Hyundai Washington D.C. office. Dana is the first African American woman to hold a leadership role in communications for a global automotive company. 
     
    Dana shares her fascinating journey from growing up in Charlottesville, VA where she learned about entrepreneurship at an early age helping her grandfather who was the publisher of the Charlottsville-Albemarle Tribune, the only Black newspaper in town, to her journey serving as the Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs and the Chief Pentagon Spokesperson for the Department of Defense and Secretary of Defense James N. Mattis, as well as speaking about her time as editorial writer for the Wall Street Journal based in Hong Kong, her experience at the Heritage Foundation and her position as publicist at the Fox News Channel in Washington, D.C.
