We have to be Curious, be Honest, and have the Courage to feel into and allow ourselves to open up. I recommend taking time each day to just feel your body without controlling it. It might seem very radical. It may be very challenging. But just taking the time each day like a blank canvas to explore what’s actually going on. And come take a class!
