For Episode 22, Matt, Michael, and Chris, are joined by Noah Oldham - Lead Pastor at August Gate Church in St. Louis and Senior Director for Church Planter Deployment for the Send Network. Noah shares his journey as a church planter, from how it all began as a college student through different valleys and trials and reflects on the joy and purpose he's found in giving everything for God and being part of the church planting movement.

Michael, Matt and Chris talk about what church planting is all about, the grand vision of it, but also the nitty-gritty details. Matt shares about his experience as part of the Chicago church, and the three of them discuss their own excitements and fears about planting new churches.

To celebrate hitting Episode 20, Michael, Matt and Chris are joined by Daniel and Hallie Shan (c/o 2016). The Shans share about growing into the "older couple" role and leading younger staff. They also dive into their initial impressions of each other as Cal students as well as how they progressed towards marriage. Hallie and Daniel talk about their experience relating to the opposite gender and having common vision for their lives. For singles, the Shans offer up their words of wisdom on navigating the area of dating and what steps they took to honor God in their relationship.

Matt, Michael and Chris are joined by Lucas Lam (c/o 2019), and they talk about Lucas's spiritual journey all the way from his golf-playing days back in freshman year. Also, Lucas recounts his tough 1st year out of college when he was able to experience the church coming together and being the body of Christ to support him.

Matt, Michael and Chris are joined by their older brother Josh Kim (c/o 2014) and discuss the fun and the challenges of living in a big ministry house with a bunch of bros. They learn about what "uncle ministry" is all about, and Josh gives some major shoutouts, both positive (c/o 2020) and negative (c/o 2017).

Michael and Chris are joined by their friends Jermaine and Kevin (c/o 2018) from Irvine and how they grew in their relationships despite being a small class, and what they've seen change and grow since the early days of the Irvine church.
