When you’re having a bad day or week it’s easy to think about all the things that aren’t working out.

Our brains have a bias to focus and remember the negative things. You may have even made great progress on your goal but if something negative happens it’s our human tendency to focus solely on what just happened that went wrong.

When you’re feeling like this, 2 thoughts or lies have likely come to mind.


Is the thought or belief that nothing ever changes, I’ll never make changes and reach my goals


I never change, I’ll never think, act or believe differently.



Both of these are not true and all it takes is a shift in our focus!
