Grateful it exists!

I found the NRC half marathon programme in a particularly difficult year. Coach Bennett’s nuggets were the ear worms that helped me situate the pain - the running and not running kind. And on many days the rare moments I spontaneously laughed aloud. Often felt like I wish I could rewind to listen to something again. So, grateful the podcast exists too.
