Expectations, born out of preference, can be fundamentally toxic for living a peaceful existence. In this episode I discuss why dropping expectations, which is a habitual practice, may be a key into unlocking a more zen way of living.

Inspired by “Living from a place of surrender” by Michael Singer, this book has been transformative for me. In this episode we discuss WHY we want what we want & how there is a much deeper, core reason as to why we seek what we desire. I’m not here to judge what you desire, but I’m here to implore you to dig deep- that desire is not actually what you think it is, or even why you want it. Manifesting culture seeks entitlement and instant gratification, but what if we are being prepped for that which we ask for? Let’s dive into it.
