This week is a special tribute to one of my favorite singers… the woman who teenaged me was sure was the ONLY SOUL ever to exist that knew my pain. Janis Joplin threw herself into every syllable she sang and
exploded with passion from the very core of her being. Her world-wise ways and flamboyant fashion shattered the traditional stereotypes that female artists faced.
