The $2 trillion economic relief bill that was signed by 45 to offer assistance to millions of American households that were affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This relief bill not only included a stimulus check but it expanded unemployment coverage and new retirement account rules. Jenna brought up the Emergency Coronavirus bill expanding FMLA and granting paid sick leave for Americans that are still working during the pandemic.

Linda and Natasha cover the Employment Law for this week, “In the Buckeye State employers aren’t the only ones held responsible for discrimination claims -- managers and human resources staff may be liable, too. These individuals can be held accountable with, or separately from, the employer in these cases.” Managers and Supervisors really be out here doing stuff without consulting HR so this might be the move! Natasha and Jenna talk the Topic of the Day, “Is customer service your calling?” We all do customer service regardless if it’s C2C, B2C or internal customer. Your customer service skills doesn’t impact you directly until you own your business. Linda and Natasha covers the Employee Law "Offering Egg Freezing as an Employee Benefit." Say whhaatttt??? Who will allow me to freeze my eggs until I can get my life together? Is this a good thing? The idea is many women are faced with a choice between having children and maintaining career momentum. By freezing their eggs, this could allow women to put off having children until later. The process can cost up to $10,000, with annual storage costs of $500, according to NBC News. Jenna and Natasha talk about the topic of the day, "Ways to help you stay awake at work" because it get hard sometimes to stay woke on these repetitive ass jobs.     Natasha, Jenna and JJ vents about what's a real lunch break because 30 minutes to an hour just ain't enough time to do nothing. JJ says an hour and a half, Jenna done took a 3-hour lunch break before to get nails done and Natasha lordddd get a pitcher on her lunch breaks. Natasha and Linda covers the employment law, "Georgia's Termination Law for Military."  When employees in Georgia leave for active military service, they are guaranteed to have a job waiting for them when they return. State law requires employers to give employees unlimited leave for military service and to restore them to the same or similar position and pay after they serve. JJ brings the drug test story with Dominique Henderson trying to get an IT job and we can't forget to talk about Jacquese Miller in LA that was on Workers' Comp from last week. He failed the drug test of course.

Linda and Natasha covers an Employment Law in Florida, "Employees are allowed to bring guns to work in Florida, as long as they keep them in their cars." Linda believes that we should do a psyc evaluation before permitting people with guns. Not necessarily having gun control but giving people some type of evaluation to see if having a gun especially at work is going to be okay. Natasha and Jenna brings the topic of the day, "Fraternizing is a Company Policy." Make sure you check the company policy before you get caught up with your Work Bae. JJ on the Drug Test Story and you know buddy from last week got fired and they hired a Private Investigator for somebody on Workers' Compppppp????
