Brief chat about some of the ways my dad has helped me navigate my career & life choices. Touches on intentional parenting including a storytime about the time I became the “first black head prefect” at my highschool and my dad made sure I kept myself grounded. Thank you dad ♥️ - and also thank you to my mom because I know they’re such a tag team and my dad is able to do what he does because my mom is also holding down the fort in other ways. Goodluck to all (upcoming) parents - remember that you have been trusted with a great responsibility and our future depends on the lessons you impart on your kids.
