    Hi there! I've been doing a lot of unlearning lately. Unlearning all of these fake rules that we are taught through our childhood. All of the "you need to do it this way" or "act like this and you will be successful" kind of statements. There are a lot of ideals that are shoved down our throats the majority of our lives and I feel its so important to take a step back from everyone and everything and get real with yourself, figure out who you truly are and what it is that you really want out of this life. The last two weeks have been a hell of a ride, I wasn't feeling great at all physically and mentally so I took the time off that I needed and I am happy to say that as I am posting this, I am feeling so much better. In this episode I talk about the benefits of taking time to TRULY rest. And when I say rest, I mean resting without feeling guilty or bad for it.
