Freeing Yourself: Letting Go of Others' Opinions

Freeing Yourself: Letting Go of Others' Opinions

    Send us a Text Message.
Today, we're chatting about something we all deal with: worrying about what others think. Let's dive into why it's okay to ignore those doubts and keep chasing after what you want.
We've all had moments when someone's quick opinion made us second-guess ourselves. But you know what? Those thoughts only last a few seconds, and they don't define us.
Think about it: How many times have you wanted something so badly, and despite what others said, you went for it anyway? Sure, it might have taken a bit longer, but you got there in the end, right? That's what counts.
And let's talk about criticism. Instead of letting it bring you down, why not use it to your advantage? Take those negative comments and turn them into motivation to be even better.
Remember, you're SO worthy of living a life you're RIDICULOUSLY happy with and I'm cheering you on every step of the way.

Three Years In: Navigating Change and Transformational Shifts

Three Years In: Navigating Change and Transformational Shifts

    Send us a Text Message.
In this episode, I reflect on the significant changes that have unfolded over the past three years since the start of this podcast. From divorce to relocation from Maine to Florida, I share the journey through challenging relationships and dissatisfaction with my job.
I discuss the experience of entering into an emotionally and mentally challenging relationship, moving in hastily, and navigating through uncertain territory, relying on the kindness of coworkers and friends I had just made.
Despite the obstacles, this period spurred personal growth. Through self-reflection, I learned to recognize my own patterns and set boundaries. This journey led me to the life I envisioned when I began three years ago.
Through everything, I've emerged stronger. With clarity, I transitioned into a fulfilling job and a healthy relationship. Though the journey was challenging, it ultimately led to transformation and the realization of many of my aspirations.
If you're feeling alone navigating a similar path, know you are not alone. Change takes time, and while the path may be winding, it can lead to profound growth and fulfillment. You are SO worthy of living a life you are RIDICULOUSLY happy with.
