Some people go to bars and nightclubs on a Friday night. Others go to their bikes and their running shoes!
What started as a bit of fun between mates 5 years ago is now a major fixture in the InnerFight calendar. Starting at sunset with a 50km ride, participants then run the same 50km before getting back on their bikes for another 50km with the aim of completing the nights work before the sun rises.
This week we are joined by a few of the InnerFight endurance coaches who recap how the 2022 Into the Darkness played out.
