Out of curiosity I searched specifically for an episode on gut health. Stumbled upon episode 75 (Constipation is a metabolic issue) and loved the straight forward facts. Went all the way back to episode 1 and I’m now listening daily. Episode 3 (Why eating more is key to restoring your metabolism) was an eye opener- I went ahead and signed up for the 7 Day Challenge. Excited to eat more on purpose💪 @ohsofit123
