Hey family! This is just an introduction of who I am, my purpose and the podcast. Mental Health in the Black Community is very important. Too often Mental Illness is not spoken about and it is ignored. I can no longer standby and watch the Black Community suffer in silence. I have decided to shine a light on mental illness and how it effects us as individuals, mothers, fathers, partners, friends and lovers. I have dedicate to expose the ugly side of mental illness and area that effect mental health.
