Making Sense with Sam Harris
Join neuroscientist, philosopher, and five-time New York Times best-selling author Sam Harris as he explores important and controversial questions about the mind, society, current events, moral philosophy, religion, and rationality—with an overarching focus on how a growing understanding of ourselves and the world is changing our sense of how we should live. Sam is also the creator of the Waking Up app. Combining Sam’s decades of mindfulness practice, profound wisdom from varied philosophical and contemplative traditions, and a commitment to a secular, scientific worldview, Waking Up is a resource for anyone interested in living a more examined, fulfilling life—and a new operating system for the mind. For me personally, Sam Harris’s posdcast is a perpetual intellectual, metaphysical, introspective resource and for me it transformed into my own “University of Life” where I dive in almost daily with great curiosity and excitement. The conversation here is focused on pressing current and future problems which make me contemplate perpetually of my own human condition, my place in my community, in the world and in the Universe. Sam changed my life with this podcast and with the Wake Up meditation App. My recommendation is to add it to your favourite podcasts list without hesitation and return to it regularly for raw doses of reality.
Great Intellect

I have been listening to Sam Harris for a while and I genuinely appreciate the area of concerns. Simply because there are many imperative points that require attention and yet we do not hear a lot of coverage regarding topics such as AI, Psychology etc. His guests are people with a plethora of knowledge and worth listening to; especially Paul Bloom! Therefore, a must recommendation!
Completely worth your time
