    We’re honored and so grateful to bring today’s guest on, because they’re an avid listener of this very podcast!! Which made the show so much fun and you’ll experience that with us in this episode.

    However, that’s not why we had Evelyn on the podcast… We had her on to share her fitness journey and transformation story, which began as just a Mom who jumped into a CrossFit class to simply make her husband happy…

    But it quickly escalated into her becoming obsessed with the physical development and transformation process, which led to competing in CrossFit and opening her own training facility called The Buffalo. However, her CrossFit days ended when she suffered a serious injury that took her out of the gym… but like most triumphant success stories, every downfall is just another step towards greatness! In Evelyn’s case, this led to her current passion and journey of bodybuilding.

    We dive into her story to learn how she handled all the above while being a mother and wife, continued growing her fitness business, competed in figure competitions, dealt with body image issues, shifted her mindset around strict dieting, and what her current prep for Junior Olympia looks like, as we speak!
