Episode one focuses on the primer.  We must prime our container to be able to hold all of the deliciousness that our desires will bring.  To be able to receive we must be ready, open, strong and willing.  Our container is our body, flesh blood and bones that holds the yearnings and longings of our soul so we must protect it at all costs.  In this episode we discuss how to fill it, how to protect it and how to seal it in.
