I enjoy this podcast because of its clarity and wealth of knowledge in Central Valley investing.

As a Real Estate investor I can appreciate the topics covered. Very informative and great insight on how Commercial real estate funds and partnerships work. Love the interview with business owner and the way they asked questions about his journey.

Listening to this pod cast reminded me of the old adage, “Necessity is The Mother of Invention”. In this interview Arik Levy explains how in the beginning of his career he could not get his dry cleaning done because of time constraints associated with his work. This lead him to get a locker in his building wherein the dry cleaner could pick up his clothes and return them to his locker. He took this idea and formed a very successful business of laundry lockers. He also credits books he has read on motivation and business related topics and listening to Audible. And finally he credits ppbeing involved in The Young Entrepreneurs Group where other successful entrepreneurs share their experiences and ideas.
