Intelligence Check is an actual play series that's big on the laughs. It's a light-hearted show, using D&D 5e rules, set in the homebrew world of the Lichstone Empire. We've got dark and mysterious backgrounds, defensive elephants, weird gambling, oddly specific kobold slaughter, and tentacles. Way too many tentacles.

    After dealing with the trauma of Dart bringing a snack to the van, Isaac and Lewis decide to take a break from playing Pong to continue with the murder investigation. Isaac uses his medical connections to get them into the morgue to examine the victim's body. It turns out he is totally in his element when he is in a medical facility! Dart is still a little angry about his tasty human gift being rejected by the others and he flies off in the form of an owl. Lewis calls animal control on Dart. Isaac does forensic things. Elias gets treated like an intern. And Dart mad owl eyeballs a kid before dive-bombing them! What did this kid do to get the death from above treatment? How old are the printers in Lewis' van?     While investigating the scene of the murder they've been tasked with solving, Dart notices a shadowy figure watching them from a distance. He quickly gives chase. Not curious about that at all, Isaac and Lewis decide to check out the aesthetics of the neighbor's backyard. Meanwhile, Elias gets bored and goes to the nearby bar to continue the investigation.     Episode 182- Bucks County By Night part 1- The Summons

    Season 3 starts right now! We're playing Vampire: The Masquerade and Lauren is in the storyteller seat! She's created a tale of murder, intrigue, and passion set in the world of the Kindred.    Join us as four mysterious figures approach a designated meeting place north of Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Some of these elusive creatures walk out in the open, others slink through the deepest shadows of the night. And only they know their motivations for being there.      Just a couple quick notes for you all. We will be releasing new episodes in the Bucks County By Night series every 4 weeks. We've loved being able to release something for you all every other week for these last 7 years! Unfortunately it's been increasingly difficult to get everyone together so for now we're going to release less frequently to make sure we can tell this story with the attention from us that it deserves.   Regular listeners will know that our original intention was to continue Kyle's story with our ongoing characters for Season 3. Kyle had to step away from running the game and Lauren was gracious enough to take on the role (she's amazing at it). We definitely hope to get back to Namee, Rady, Violexx, Jag and Way one day and will keep you updated on developments.
