Monica was the first coach/mentor I had ever really given the time of day to, and my life has changed because of it. The information she has given in her hundreds of episodes has allowed me to upgrade my relationship with self, understand men & the importance of balancing masculine/feminine energies, improve my health, and find balance in so many other areas of my life that I never would’ve been able to understand or learn as quickly or easily on my own.
