It is so true about fear based marketing with just about everything monkey pox is a great example at the time where I lived the commissioner in our city was a pharmaceutical representative and almost everyday for about a week I got calls from the city to get the vaccine they did the same with Covid.

Dr. McCullough I was very disappointed in the bias of this show. There are many “studies” out that identify the health benefits of a keto diet. There are more ways than one to skin a cat so to speak, it doesn’t mean any one way is wrong. My experience with keto is it greatly improves all my biomarkers ie: HgbA1C, lipids and triglycerides since I have issues with metabolic syndrome. It greatly controls my BP and my appetite. It is the only “diet” that I am able to do long term and I feel so much better!

Loved your conversation with Dr.Levy. Having an adult son with ASD my husband and I are always looking for the best way to help him. Some of Dr. Levy’s information was new to me. I would love to hear more podcasts about helping individuals with autism. Especially adults. Thank you for all the help you have provided to so many over the years.

I learned of Dr. Levy in 2012, I think, through Andrew Saul, it was the nutrition rabbit hole I fell down. It was refreshing to hear something so new, yet so familiar. Great show, my thanks to all the pioneers for all you do!
