Maryles co-founded Rubicon Talent in January 2017 along with other sports marketing veterans Peter Raskin, Jonathan Salant, and Brandon Swibel. At Rubicon, Maryles plays a key role across all divisions in talent management, marketing, media and talent consulting services.

Prior to founding Rubicon Talent, Maryles was the Senior Vice President of Talent at The Legacy Agency (currently GSE Worldwide) and the Director of Athlete Marketing at The Agency Sports Management (later The Legacy Agency).

Maryles’ expertise spans a wide range of sports marketing & talent representation areas, including brand endorsements, media / broadcasting, corporate brand campaigns and social media / content strategies. His experience and relationships in the industry have made him a valuable asset in developing innovative partnerships and building athletes’ individual brands and business portfolios. Dave currently represents Washington Commanders QB & Heisman Trophy Winner Jayden Daniels, Univ. of Texas QB Quinn Ewers, Raiders Pro Bowl DE Maxx Crosby, Eagles WR & Heisman Trophy Winner DeVonta Smith amongst many others on the Rubicon Talent client roster.

Maryles is a graduate of Penn State University and also attended the Spanish-American Institute of Sevilla, Spain.
